Aptia, a leading provider of pension administration, consultancy and actuarial services, has appointed John Carew as UK Chief Operating Officer.

John brings a proven track record of delivering results in complex operational environments, having worked for Capita for over twenty years where he was most recently Chief Operating Officer at Capita Pensions Solutions. Prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Capita’s Local Public Sector business and held senior global operations roles across a range of industries. 

In his new role at Aptia, John will focus on delivering operational excellence within Aptia’s Pensions Administration Business in the UK, ensuring efficient service delivery and strong outcomes for their clients, members and policyholders. 

He will oversee day-to-day operations for the UK business, as well as work closely with Aptia’s Leadership Team and the wider UK business to ensure its strategic goals are effectively implemented.
